  5. New Features in WinZip Self-Extractor 2.2 Include:

  7. - Self-extracting files can span multiple removable disks.
  8.  
  9. - 32-bit Self-Extractors for Software Installation can run standard
  10.   Microsoft-format .INF files as an alternative to "setup" programs.
  11.  
  12. - Self-Extracting files can open any file using the application
  13.   associated with that file on the end-user's machine.
  14.  
  15. - Self-Extracting files can display simple "splash screens" with text
  16.   and buttons (OK, OK/Cancel, or Yes/No).

  18. - 32-bit Standard Self-Extractors include a Browse button so users can
  19.   easily select an "unzip to" folder.

  21. - Improved user interface and customization facilities when creating
  22.   self-extracting zip files.

  26. - There is no practical limit on the length of optional command issued
